- If you charge the device while the multi-function jack is wet, the device may be damaged. Completely dry the multifunction jack before charging the device.
- Use only Samsung-approved chargers, batteries, and cables. Charging-related products directly affect user safety, so be careful when selecting the product.
You will also need to eliminate the possibility that the problem is caused by the wireless charger itself by using a different wireless charger with a different charging cable and a wall charger. If the problem persists, proceed with the steps listed below.

Perform a factory reset
