As you play on the map, you have surely noticed that the tower in the center of the area is supported by a series of gigantic steel cables. To drop the tower, go to the base where the cables are anchored to the ground and destroy 10 guy lines (two groups of five) using a rocket launcher or C4. When you get the last one in place, the tower will collapse and drop the telescope hanging right in the center of the giant antenna pan. The effect will be to kill all the lucky nephews of puppets who at that moment will be right under there, also, at that point there will no longer be the spawn of the vehicles.
