    Even if you've forgotten your Netflix password, it's still easy to reset it and regain access to your account. Changing passwords regularly is a healthy practice, and this is especially true of Netflix. Your Netflix account contains sensitive information such as your phone number and payment information.


    Whether you want to change your Netflix password to a stronger one, or even reset your Netflix account password if you've forgotten it, you've come to the right place. We will explain how to change or reset Netflix password on PC and mobile devices.



    How to change Netflix password on PC

    Changing the Netflix password on your computer browser is easy. That's how:

    1. Open your browser and log into Netflix.
    2. In the upper right corner of the screen, hover your mouse over your profile icon. In the drop-down menu, click Account . This takes you to your account details page.
    3. In the  Subscription and billing page, click change Password.
    4. On the page change Password, fill in the required fields. We recommend that you check the box Request all devices to log in again with the new password , to disconnect possible unwanted third parties who are using your account without your knowledge.
    5. When done, do it click su Save.

    You will be notified on the next page if the password change was successful.


    How to change Netflix password on mobile

    To change your Netflix password using the mobile app, follow these steps:

    1. Open the Netflix app on your mobile and select your profile.
    2. At the bottom right of the screen, tap Other.
    3. Toccata Account. The page will open Subscription and billing in your phone's web browser.
    4. Toccata change Password.
    5. Enter the required details, then tap Save.

    You will be notified on the next page if the password change was successful.



    If your password hasn't been changed correctly and you're worried you've forgotten it, there are simple steps to reset your Netflix password.


    How to reset Netflix password

    If you don't know your existing Netflix password, don't worry. You can reset your Netflix password in two different ways:

    1. When you are not logged into your account

    You can reset your Netflix password without logging into your account (which is most likely the situation you are in). You can do this on your PC browser or on your mobile app.

    1. Go to the Netflix website.
    2. In the top right corner of the page, click Log in.
    3. Just below the button Log in, on the right side, click Do you need help?
    4. You can provide the email or phone number associated with your account to which Netflix can send instructions for resetting your password.

    If you don't remember your email or phone, click I don't remember my email address or phone number and you will come addressed on the page Forgot password / email to provide the information you know about your account. After filling in the required fields, click Find account.


    2. When you are logged into your account

    If you're already logged into your account, but can't remember your password, you can also reset it.


    1. If you are using a computer, follow steps one through three in the section How to change Netflix password on PC on. Alternatively, on mobile, follow steps one through four in the section How to change Netflix password on mobile devices over it.
    2. Just below the field Current Password, select Forgot Password and you will be redirected to the page Forgot email / password.
    3. Just below the button Log in , on the right side, select Do you need help?
    4. You can provide the email or phone number associated with your account to which Netflix can send instructions for resetting your password.

    Protect your Netflix account with a secure password

    Changing the Netflix password is sometimes not enough. Having a secure password will help you protect your account even more. Combine uppercase and lowercase letters with numbers or special characters to improve your password.
