Hitman: Sniper Assassins, revealed the chapter for mobile

With a short teaser presented during the conference Square Enix Presents, the company officially announced Hitman: Sniper Assassins, a chapter that will arrive on mobile in the course of 2021. As you can see in the video, which we attach at the bottom of the article, the title of the game itself seems to be a work in progress, and therefore it is not certain that the iteration of the brand of Hitman on Android and iOS.

There are not many details about the game for now, given that the trailer only shows some CG sequences, but we are obviously waiting for a more precise launch window, which will arrive for sure in the next few months. The video shows several assassins preparing their equipment for a precise shot, and as the narrator also seems to confirm, the game will likely encourage mobile users to collaborate to score a shot, taking out a certain goal as is now classic for the epic ofAgent 47.

The announcement comes just a couple of months after the debut of Hitman 3, of which you can find our review at the following link, which seemed to be the conclusion of this long saga. Hitman: Sniper Assassins is a pleasant surprise after the presentation of the works on Project 007 by IO Interactive, which will however be taken care of by the team of Hitman Go.

The story of this work will be set in the same narrative universe as the main Hitman saga, where the events of Agent 47 took place, but apparently it will not be connected to the latter. We can therefore expect a title capable of throwing, albeit in a completely different sauce given the debut exclusively on mobile, new foundations for the series. However, it is not certain that the work does not finally present itself as a single different experience, ready to close the circle of this saga full of iconic assassins.
