However, not even 24 hours after the official launch, there are already those who are playing with mouse and keyboard without the aid of the viewer.
Valve he was aware that sooner or later someone would make a mod to eliminate the VR from the title, thus allowing anyone to play the game, however he did not believe it would take so few hours. The modder Icedwhisper and the group of proprietary programmers of the channel YouTube Unreal Academy, have made a video that describes step by step the steps to be taken in order to play the title without the aid of the virtual reality viewer.
