Another easy easy trophy for Fallout 4.
Guide to unlocking the Fallout 4 "Homerun" Trophy / AchievementTo do a "homerun" you must first go to the Diamond City Market, locations that you will reach automatically in the first hours of the game.
Once on the spot you will find on the ground 4 plates with a shape similar to the bases of a baseball field. To unlock the trophy / achievement you simply have to walk on it in the correct order, as shown in the following video:
