Gran Turismo: a welcome return of some historical circuits?

One of the most requested circuits by the community of Gran Turismo has always been the path of Spa-Francorchamps which, after the last update arrived at 1.47, has finally been implemented. While this has brought joy to gamers' hearts, many users have had something to say even after the implementation. In fact, there are many players who would like to return to compete on the circuits that made the saga famous as Trial Mountain, Autumn Ring and Deep Forest. Kazunori Yamauchi, the producer of the series, in the past had already addressed this discourse regarding a future addition, explaining how their absence was due to numerous technical difficulties that would arise from importing the data.

In a recent interview with World Tour of Tokyoinstead, he was more optimistic and confident, declaring that perhaps the historical circuits of the game could soon return: “I think there is a possibility. I wouldn't say no ”. He also expressed his joy and gratitude to the longtime fans who still play the old games today GT. He also declared how those circuits so requested by fans, children of the software house's imagination, mean a lot to him and each track has a very special memory.

Obviously we cannot take the statement as an official news source, nor do we know if they will be added to the existing title or if in the future in the new Gran Turismo for PlayStation 5. The only chance we have is to wait and hope confidently.
