Genshin Impact officially arrives on PS5, let's find out what's new

After so many rumors, we are finally here. Genshin impact, the highly acclaimed free-to-play open world action RPG developed by the Chinese software house miHoYo, is preparing to officially debut on the new flagship of Sony, PlayStation 5. Although at the moment the Japanese giant and the development team have not revealed when it will be available for download (release scheduled for this spring), the game should land on the peripheral enjoying a full-bodied update next-gen.

As can be seen from the tweet shared on the official page of PlayStation, which you can easily find at the bottom of the article, Genshin impact not only will it enjoy lightning-fast loads and a significantly improved graphics sector (also given the greater computing power of the PS5), but it will also support the new features of the new Dualense (haptic feedback and adaptive triggers), making the gaming experience even more engaging and rewarding. The possibility that the update may also include a stable frame rate at 60fps cannot be ruled out.

Two travelers from another world, brother and sister, come to Teyvat. Upon arrival they are stuck and separated from each other. As one of the two you will begin your journey in search of the Seven, the gods of the elements, to find answers.

Together with Paimon, a sweet spirit guide, you will find yourself traversing beautiful forests, bustling cities and dangerous dungeons. Your journey will lead you to encounter ruthless enemies and diabolical puzzles, but you can count on over 30 playable allies to customize your team with up to four members, so as to harness the power of the elements to overcome any obstacle.
