The popularity of Genshin impact has grown immensely over these months and the development team myHoYo, in order to keep users alive, it intends to release a new update every six weeks. Following the release of the update 1.4, MiHoYo has recently started the beta test for the update 1.5 of Genshin Impact and some details of the aforementioned update have begun to emerge online.
As much as these leaks prompted the development team to cancel the beta test altogether, new details still emerge regarding this new update.
According to these new leaks it seems that in the 1.5 update of Genshin impact the event Energy Amplifier will see Hosseini, a researcher from the region of Sumeru, give players the Divination Disc in order to collect fragments of Irminsul Fruit. During this new event, players will be able to use theEnergy Amplifier for buffs.
THEEnergy Amplifier would 11 slot and each may contain a fragment of Irminsul Fruit. The obtainable buffs would be determined by the fragments inserted into the slots. However, these would only activate after revitalizing the fragments with the Motive Force.
It seems that Motive Force is obtained by participating in the event and the higher the levels of your characters, the more Motive Force will be obtainable. It will also be possible to borrow up to three characters from your friends in order to increase the Motive Force of your energy amplifier.
Additionally, all event dungeons could be played in co-op. Continuing with the rumors, it seems there are also more powerful Irminsul Fruit fragments called Fractured Fruit Shard, and the possibility for players to place only one in the Energy Amplifier slots.
Finally, according to rumors, Genshin Impact players will be able to get the character of Diona for free in the Energy Amplifier event. It is likely that it will play a key role in that event.

As always, we remind you that these rumors are not official and therefore it is not guaranteed that miHoYo will include such content in the new game update. Even if this were the case, however, it is not certain that such contents arrive in this form 27th April, that is the day of the release of update 1.5. Also, we still don't know if this new content will be part of the first or second half of 1.5.
Genshin Impact is available on PC, PlayStation 4 and mobile devices. A version for PlayStation 5 is on the way and a Switch version has been announced, but without an official announcement regarding the release date.
