GeForce RTX 30: Are New Graphics Cards Coming?

GeForce RTX 30: Are New Graphics Cards Coming?

As you well know, last September 1st NVIDIA officially announced the new video cards, but according to what emerged from Gigabyte's page dedicated to redeeming the code of Watch Dogs Legion, it would seem that the company that produces graphics processors, motherboards and components for multimedia products for PCs and consoles, still has several graphics cards to announce. The product list would include GeForce RTX 3060 S (8GB model), GeForce RTX 3070 S da 16 GB and Geforce RTX 3080 da 20 GB (also labeled S). At the moment it is not clear if the S refers to the plausible SUPER series, or as several sources suggest, that the abbreviation below the new graphics cards of the Californian company refer to the Ti models.

Furthermore, according to what emerged from the model of the GeForce RTX 3080 da 20 GB it shouldn't have a higher core count than the recently released 10GB model, so we're not sure if the product code is the final one or if the card in question can actually bear the branding "Ti"Or"GREAT". We remind you to take this information with the appropriate precautions, since it is simple rumors and NVIDIA has in no way confirmed or denied these rumors. The fact remains that these leaks go to "confirm" the different memory configurations that have emerged in the last two months. The GA3060-based RTX 104 model is expected to feature 8GB of memory, while the RTX 3070 supercharged by a full GA104 GPU (6144 CUDA), containing 16GB of GDDR6 memory.
