Through Twitter, in the days between 24 and 25 May, a roundup of new images dedicated to the new biopic arrived online with Christian Bale e Matt Damon, or Ford v ferrari. Within the film, the former will play the role of Ken Miles, while Matt Damon will play the role of Carrol Shelby. The film is based on the story of the two Ford team drivers, struggling to build and fine-tune a car that can compete (and clearly defeat) Ferrari in the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans (1966). Within the crowded cast, personalities such as Jon Bernthal, Noah Jupe, Remo Girone, Tracy Letts and Caitriona Balfe also get the role.
Matt Damon himself, after the shoot, declared that "hearing those cars roaring up makes you understand why people love to race". In fact, both he and Bale were very satisfied with the modus operandi, because interacting with real races made sure that their performances were positively affected (they didn't just have to "imagine" the cars that sped by).
