Focus Home Interactive has communicated in recent days that it has acquired Deck13 Interactive to the "modest" figure of 7,1 million euros. Decke13 Interactive is one of the leading German software houses, and longtime partner of the well-known independent Parisian publisher. The team has 60 employees, who have made more than 18 titles in the last 20 years, including the iconic hit saga "The Surge“, Published by Focus Home Interactive itself.
But that's not all, given that the French publisher has announced, piquing the curiosity of gamers from all over the world, that it will soon release various information regarding the next titles to be released, starting with an "extremely ambitious game", developed by Sumo Digital. The British development team's new project has been described as an "online cooperative game in an ultra-violent fantasy world", which is expected to hit the market in the last quarter, between late 2020 and early 2021.
Furthermore, Focus Home Interactive plans to share more details on other upcoming announcements as well, including the first images of a “little gem” developed by Limestone Games and news about two new projects dedicated to the iconic futuristic three-dimensional wargame, Warhammer. A tactical game developed by Gasket Games and an action game developed by StreumOn Studio.
