Here's what to do to unlock new characters

 

Complete Chapter 2 of Legend Mode with KenShiro to unlock Illusionary Mode.

In the Illusionary mode of Fist of The North Star: Ken's Rage, perform the following actions to unlock the related characters.

Jagi: Successfully complete Chapter 4 in Legend mode with Kenshiro.
Kenshiro: Successfully complete Legend mode with Kenshiro.
Mamiya: Successfully complete Chapter 2 in Legend mode with Kenshiro.
Raoh: Successfully complete Dream mode with all characters except Raoh.
King: Successfully complete Dream mode with Shin.
Shin: Complete Chapter 2 in Legend mode with Kenshiro.
Thouzer (Souther): Successfully complete Dream mode with Rei.
Sure: Successfully complete Dream mode with Kenshiro.
