Square Enix today unveiled new details on Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade and on the new Episode Yuffie of the game, which will make its debut on the day of June 10 2021. As confirmed, the latter will cost 19,99 € for anyone who will purchase it separately, as the owner of the basic version of the work.
For anyone who owns the physical or digital version of Final Fantasy 7 Remake (the PlayStation Plus version is unfortunately not included), the upgrade to PlayStation 5 will be completely free. It also appears that the official name of the new Intergrade Episode Yuffie will be in effect Final Fantasy 7 Remake Episde INTERmission.
The developer also officially unveiled the Yuffie's official voice actress, What will be Suzie Yeung (Sword Art Online, Wonder Egg Priority) as well as many others. Sonon Kusakabe will instead be voiced by Aleks Le (Demons Slayer), Weiss from Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy 7 will make an appearance, being played by the voice actor of Dragon Ball Super Daman Mills. In the expansion we will also find the voices of Ashley Boettcher (Kingdom Hearts 3), Griffin Puatu (Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales) e Daniel Amerman (League of Legends).
There was also room to talk about Yuffie gameplay, in fact, the software house has revealed that players will be able to steal the Materia from enemies as the character used to do in the original 1997 chapter. Yuffie wields a "Elemental Ninjutsu“, Which allows her to change her affinity between fire, ice, wind and electricity during combat. He will also be able to fight both at close range and from afar, and will have an ability called "Banishing", with which he will inflict more damage based on previous use of the ATB bar.
