Complete the campaign on "Insane" difficulty

After completing the game the first time, the "Insane" difficulty level will be unlocked. To achieve this, you must complete all the intervals at this difficulty level.

You have to kill 100 enemies using the knife. It will be easier with Pointman as this character always has the weapon at his disposal. With Fettel you must possess one of the psychos you will encounter in interval 3 and then kill the enemies using their knives.

First of all you have to complete all the intervals of the Campaign to unlock the "INSANE" difficulty. Now select an interval (I recommend 03) and finish it without reloading from the checkpoint and without dying. If you play co-op you don't have to be landed.
