In Driver San Francisco you can unlock one secret challenge called "From the past with fury" (Blast from the past), a challenge that will allow you to compete with a 1971 Pontiac LeMans in the Garage level of the original Driver.

Additionally, completing this challenge will also unlock an achievement / trophy:

To get this challenge you have to unlock the 1983 DeLorean DMC-12 car (here find directions on how to unlock it), then drive it at a speed of 88 mph (about 141 km / h) to unlock the challenge.
