Dragon's Dogma - How to find rare items easily

 

In Dragon's Dogma there is a fairly quick method for find rare items, here's how to proceed.

Level up your main character as a Strider until you get the "Master Thief" skill. Then walk down the road north of Gran Soren just past the bridge until you find a piece that appears randomly. Use the thief ability on this token to steal two items. To repeat the process, just move away from the pawn until it disappears from your view, then you can go back and rob it again. By repeating the process several times, you will occasionally find rare items, such as the Peridot Veterans or even mission items, such as Sour Ambrosial meat.
