How to unlock Kaioken

For the chance to unlock this transformation, after the Saiyan Saga, successfully complete Parallel Quest # 08: "Invading Earth". Watch the video and then follow the advice that we report immediately after:

Basically it is about obtaining the Supreme Conclusion (ultimate finish) of this parallel mission (for more details follow the guide / solution to all the parallel missions of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2.

To do this you must defeat the enemies while Nappa survives, only in this way can you fight against Goku Revived who will use the Kaioken transformation. By defeating Kaioken you will have the opportunity to unlock this transformation for you. Unfortunately the drop is completely random, which means that It is NOT guaranteed to get Kaioken on the first try. If you don't get Kaioken you will have to keep completing this mission until you get it. It is likely that the drop is also linked to the progress you have made in the game and the skills you have unlocked, so if you do not succeed the first time it is advisable to advance in the game before trying again.

Fortunately, Kaioken's levels are not random, but they are based on KI levels: with one energy bar you will have normal Kaioken, with three bars you will have Kaioken x3 and with 5 bars you will have Kaioken x20.
