Disney +: the films of Pinocchio, Peter Pan and Cruella coming in preview?

According to what has emerged in the last few hours, Disney would be considering transferring up Disney + upcoming live action movies dedicated to Pinocchio, Peter Pan & Wendy e Cruella. The Mouse House launched its streaming service at the end of last year, managing to carve out a large share of the market with more than 70 million subscribers worldwide. Therefore, it would seem that the US giant after the digital release of Artemis Fowl, of the live action on Mulan (via the “VIP Access” formula) and the debut of Soul (scheduled for next December 25, 2020), may increase the number of films that will definitely skip cinemas.

According to the recent Deadline report, at the moment there is no official status that the films of Pinocchio, Peter Pan & Wendy e Cruella can be distributed directly on Disney +, but given the enormous inconvenience caused by the COVID-19, the house of Mickey Mouse would be considering any possible strategy. It is unclear whether the content in question can be available completely free of charge (such as Soul or Artemis Fowl) or by paying extra at the cost of the subscription (VIP access).

As for films from other franchises, like The Marvel movies e Star Wars, for now the US multinational would still be willing to release the films to the cinema, confident that the pandemic may not represent a problem already in the next summer season. What do you think? Would you like to see films of the caliber of Cruella, Peter Pan & Wendy, Or even Black Widow enrich the catalog of Disney +? Or would you prefer the usual passage from the cinemas?
