In this guide we see how to find all decorative items in the Dreadful Wale in Dishonored 2.

The video you can see above shows the exact location of all the newspapers and audiographers that you will have to collect on Meagan and Sokolov's ship to unlock the "Souvenir" trophy. You will visit the Dreadful Wale between missions, precisely before the start of missions 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9. In these situations you will have to collect all the notes, letters and messages on the ship, exactly as shown in the video.

Keep in mind that to unlock the trophy you need only the messages shown in the video (i.e. those of the ship), there will be new ones every time you visit it. It doesn't matter if you play with Emily or Corvo, and even your choices made in the game won't affect the messages you find on the ship. 

Unfortunately, the game does not track the collected messages in any way, so be very careful and check everything as shown in the video.
