    Today saw Capcom in the limelight with his protagonist Devil May Cry 5: Special Edition, which is an enriched and improved version of the original title, released in March 2019. After announcing in the morning that the technology Ray Tracing will not be supported by Xbox series s, the Japanese software house wanted to communicate the release period on PC, PlayStation 4 e Xbox One of the DLC containing Vergil, the twin brother of the protagonist Dante Alighieri. The silver-haired half-demon will arrive on consoles of the current generation and on PC the next 15th December, about a month later than next-gen consoles.



    Below is the press release with which Capcom announced the launch date of the DLC:

    We talked about it at the beginning, along with the game announcement, but we never gave you a certain date or price. Well, it's time to change that. Our development team worked hard to make DMC5SE available on the same day as the launch of PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X | S. For this reason Vergil will arrive on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC a few weeks later, on December 15, 2020 and will cost only € 4,99. To keep you motivated, we remind you that Vergil will be fully playable in the main story missions and in The Void and Bloody Palace modes.

    Devil May Cry 5: Special Edition, in addition to Vergil as a playable character, will offer on PlayStation 5 e Xbox Series X support for Ray Tracing, the difficulty called Legendary Dark Knight, the so-called Turbo mode and support for 4K resolution with 60 FPS framerate. Pending further information from Capcom, we remind you that the game will arrive in digital version on PS5 and Xbox Series X / S from the day of their launch (respectively on November 19 and 10), and then will be released in stores also in physical version starting from December 1st.
