During the balcony scene, when Misty will give you some time to think, you will have at your disposal four choices, which will be unlocked if you have completed the right side missions. However, not choosing is also a choice, and through this option you will be able to access the secret ending of Cyberpunk 2077, simply waiting in silence without doing anything. Attention, it is a rather complex procedure, as you will only be able to see it if you succeed in your enterprise at the first shot, no checkpoints, death will be followed only by the credits. You will have to make your way into the tower alone among dozens of enemies, so we recommend that you prepare to the best of your ability, as well as try at least some of the other endings first to familiarize yourself with the place (and then obviously move on to the secret ending).
