Cyberpunk 2077: a user asks for a refund and complains that they no longer have the game

The adventure, by now, is no longer the one described in cyberpunk 2077 (which remains a splendid RPG, and will be even more so when and if all the problems are solved). but the one that revolves around what is happening to the title developed by CD Projekt RED. Making a very brief summary, so as not to get bored and not to let you always read the same things that have been repeated for days now, know that Cyberpunk 2077 runs well on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X / S (in backwards compatibility mode, because there is still no specific version designed for the new generation consoles of Sony and MIcrosoft). The game runs pretty badly on PlayStation 4 Pro and Xbox One X, (almost) does not run at all on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, in their smooth versions.

Faced with such a disastrous situation, CD Projekt RED intervened by declaring that all those who intend to do so, can request a refund, for both digital and physical versions, for both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The dramatic events (contextually to our passion) have resulted Sony to remove the game from PlayStation Store. The developers have already made it clear that their work will continue to be updated even after removal. So much so, that it has been available for a few hours patch 1.05 (here all the news about it).

After this brief summary, let's get to the point: although the terms speak clearly, a user complained on Twitter because, after requesting and obtaining the refund, he no longer owns the game in his digital library. As if it were normal that, after getting your money back, you expect to be able to continue playing. This is the incredible message translated into Spanish (and reported in the original tweet at the bottom of the news):

I just got the refund for Cyberpunk and now you have removed it from my console ??? I still want to play it! You fooled the whole world by allowing a game to be released and sold on your console even if it is not working, and it will not be working for months!

CD Projekt RED, meanwhile, expressed its opinion on the timing of the refunds requested, while Microsoft has also activated refunds for digital versions of the game. The Polish development house finally wanted to have its say following the removal of the game from the PlayStation Store catalog.
