We are delighted to announce a brand new partnership between Resources4Gaming e Waynefactory Cosplay-Costuming! What's better to start than to tell you about the foundations of this beautiful world. And we do it with Antonio Gallo, owner and founder of WF, who carrying out a project born in 2012 for fun and now became a job, says:

"When those who don't know me ask me:" what do you do? " I answer: "I deal with cosplay, costuming and creation of replicas related to comics, manga and everything related to the fantastic world of comics". I can assure you that the expression of the person asking the question can vary from amazement to perplexity. Even today many people do not have the slightest idea what all this is, yet ... yet those who do not know this crazy and fantastic world of cosplay are inevitably fascinated by it the moment they see it.

The questions they ask us are many. The most asked thing is how I got to do what I do. It all started for fun, one evening my current partner says to me: "Why don't you do Batman at the next Lucca Comics?" Honestly I was a bit skeptical, then slowly I began to become aware of what I was preparing: thinking about how to make the cloak, with which fabric the suit would have been more realistic, learning how to cover some boots and then wearing it all for the first time try ... the first costume fitting always gives the same feeling: Magnificent! You are becoming your favorite hero!
The thing that most amuses me and my staff is just trying to make the costume as realistic as possible, whoever sees us must absolutely be amazed. We like to hear "congratulations, really well done." I assure you that being able to parade in the midst of hundreds of people dressed as your favorite hero is priceless and the amazement that you see on the face of those who observe you, from the child who thinks he has his hero there in the flesh to the less young reader of comics who smugly takes a picture with his favorite character, is priceless. 

Thus begins our adventure in this fantastic world that has now also become a job, and working on a costume knowing that someone's dream is coming true pushes us to do better and better. It is certainly a passion that certainly brings costs, not only economically, but it's worth it if the final result is something really well done and not reduced to a carnival costume. It also stimulates creativity in an incredible way and this also involves a certain refinement in the materials to be used to best render the character to be interpreted. Let's say this job is like a game and we like to take care of every costume in the smallest detail; the costs are therefore there, but if the costume is made with criteria you can use it for a long time. Cosplayers have to do it primarily for fun. The fact of being able to play a certain character who made us feel emotions in reading his adventures and therefore, in the right measure, binds you to him is something fantastic.

Currently we continue to "study" to improve the costumes that many friends commission us. Can working with a passion take you far? Well we hope. Meanwhile, dreaming costs nothing and is even more fun if you fly with a cape! "
