Control, explosive and original action game developed by Remedy Entertainment to 505 Games, released in 2019 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC (to then land on Nintendo Switch in October of this year), may soon be added to the Xbox Game Pass catalog, available to all subscribers to the Microsoft Il rumor was born from an e-mail reported on Twitter from the profile @GameLeaksRumors, written by a certain Melissa McGamepass.
In the email Melissa remembers the imminent arrival of the EA Play service on PC also pointing out that a mysterious game (hidden behind a “REDACTED”) will soon be available. In naming this video game, the woman adds: “[…] that our fans don't stop asking us, and that's why I sent attached a gif illuminated by a sinister red light“. Melissa herself then advised those who received the email not to share the news in any way: "All this is confidential, do not try to share it by taking a screenshot and posting it on Twitter". Needless to say, that's exactly what happened!
Assuming that the email is real, the user who decided to share this message has at least bothered to hide the name of the game. It is easy to assume, as the tweet (reported at the bottom of the news) that gave rise to the rumor, that we are talking about Control. Remedy's title is undoubtedly characterized by a massive use of red color. Unfortunately, not being able to take a look at the gif that is mentioned in this alleged official e-mail, we can do nothing but wait for any official news about it, which could confirm or deny this indiscretion.
