According to reports from Deadline, Chris Evans would be in talks with i Marvel Studios to reprise his role as Captain America within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. However, it seems unlikely that Evans will return in a full-fledged feature film dedicated to the leader of the Avengers, and in all likelihood the deal could include a cameo in another film. Deadline also reports that the agreement has not yet been signed, but that the contacts proceed in the right direction (although the actor said he was happy with the "conclusion" obtained by the superhero).
The authoritative magazine underlines that it is still not clear whether the agreement between the parties has already been closed and armored, but everything seems to indicate an imminent happy ending. Chris Evans will return as Steve Rogers AKA Captain America in at least one other Marvel production leaving the door ajar for a possible second foray.
