Here's how to get them

In Call of Duty Black Ops we have the ability to unlock 2 player images to put on our Xbox Live profile.

The first is that of Frank Woods which can be unlocked simply by freeing himself from the interrogation chair in the main menu (if you don't know how to do it, read the related article).

To get the one dedicated to Jason Hudson you must instead connect to the terminal with his account.
