The news is still uncertain, but according to some rumors the creator of Breaking Bad., Vince Gilligan, would be working on a new production and it could be the film inspired by the famous AMC TV series, whose last episode was broadcast in 2013. Some sources close to the production say that Gilligan is busy doing something about it, but for the moment we have no way to say for sure whether these are films intended for cable TV, streaming services or the big screen. 
However it is certain that the creator of Breaking Bad. is involved in some similar project, the working title of which could be " Greenbrier". This last detail is the most well-founded, given that the Albuquerque Journal reported the news that a feature film with that title will actually be shot in the American city, between November 2018 and February 2019.
