The highly anticipated is being held right now DC FanDome. The event, created by Warner Bros after the disappointment of Comicon, is revealing a lot of news and exclusive contents. In particular, what sparked the public hype was the announcement that the protagonist will be played by Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. During the exclusive panel, the first official teaser of the film was shown. A video just over a minute long where the various concept art have been combined (and presented by The Rock) to tell the birth of Black Adam.
According to what has been announced so far, the release of the film is scheduled for December 22 2021. Regarding the plot, we still do not have certain news but, as you can well imagine, surely we will be told the story of the ancient Egyptian. Teth Adam starting from its origins. What is not certain is whether within this new film it will also appear Shazam!, the hero played by Zachary Levi in the films of David Sandberg. It would certainly be an interesting meeting, as well as fun being the two protagonists much loved by the public. Probably this time we will not be satisfied, but this does not prevent a Sandberg to insert the figure of Black Adam in the second chapter Shazam: Fury of the Gods, coming in 2022.
