    Anthem: differences between the Demo and the final version

    Developers of Anthem (BioWare, Motive studios) have officially announced some of the changes that will be introduced in the final version of the highly anticipated third-person shooter, compared to what is seen in the Demo. All the details were revealed by the Lead Producer Ben irving, and other members of the development team, through their official Twitter profiles.


    To begin, the Voice Chat towards other players it will be activated by default (with the possibility of deactivating it, of course). Compared to the Demo, it will be easier to identify teammates using appropriate icons within the map and their state of health.


    The slowness with which the character moved, in the Demo, between the streets of Fort Tarsis will be corrected, allowing players to move faster. Furthermore, upon specific question, the developers confirmed that the framerate of the console versions will be stabilized.

    In the final version of Anthem players will be able to elect their own Leader and specifications will be introduced icons to indicate the different types of explosives. Compared to the trial version, visibility will be improved when you are underwater.

    Unlike the Demo, players will be able to select their first, new one Javelin, as soon as the game tutorial is finished. Furthermore, the balance of weapons and skills will be changed in the final version (and probably in future patches too). Additionally, players will not be able to hold "Echoes" for as long as they want (This is to avoid that a team can be damaged by its own member, in the event that the Echo is not used properly).



    In the final version of Anthem it will be possible to choose which of the three factions available to join. Each faction will allow you to get exclusive rewards.

    Finally, news that will delight those who hate spending even a single cent in-game: Items and all crafting materials will not be available for direct purchase for real money.

    Anthem the next one is expected 22 February on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
