A law firm initiates a class-action action against Activision for breaking up with Bungie

It is certainly not an easy time for Activision, which ended up in the eye of the storm after the dismissal of 800 employees, and a noticeable decline not only in popularity, but also in the value of its shares. To complicate matters comes the news of a law firm, which appears to be encouraging its clients to carry out a class action against the company, due to the latter's divorce from Bungie.

The study that initiated this huge practice is the Kuznicki Law PLLC, and shareholders who bought Activision Blizzard stock between August 2, 2018 and January 10, 2019 can join the lawsuit. One of the focal points of the matter is the de facto loss of Destiny rights resulting from the breakup with Bungie. According to the lawyers, Activision would have made false or misleading statements about the matter to investors, keeping certain facts hidden and not providing complete information to shareholders that could make an objective choice.
